What does it cost?
Start Lite is from $2,970 inc GST, Start from $3,850 inc GST and Comfort from $10,450 inc GST, including products, the electrician and setup. Indicative. Final price fixed after site survey.
Does it work when the internet is down?
Yes. Lights, switches, sensors and blinds run on a small computer in your home. Solar, aircon and pool connections use the brand's own app service, so those need the internet.
Who does the electrical work?
Our licensed electrical partner. All 240V work is performed and certified by our licensed electrical partner. You receive the compliance certificate directly.
Do I need new wiring?
Usually not. Most switches can be upgraded in place. The site survey checks your switchboard and wiring before anything is quoted.
What if Domotica disappears?
You keep working lights and switches, full admin access and a complete backup. The handover pack gives any competent installer everything they need.
Do I have to take a care plan?
No. The first year of care is included with every install. After that it is optional, and you can cancel online.
